Elliot tensed slightly at the touch, the first time in a long time that he had reacted to TJ that way but he didn't pull away from it at least. It was really the first time he had told anyone what happened to her or that it was completely his fault and they didn't even believe it'd been his fault.

But if he hadn't turned the guy in then there'd been no reason to kidnap her and if there was no reason to kidnap her, no reason to kill her. He exhaled, pushing thoughts of her from his mind before he could spiral beyond what was healthy around TJ.
